Fingerprint Technicians Needed

Biometric Fingerprinting Technician, Part-Time/Full-Time

We do ink & roll and digital fingerprinting, and passport photos on site and offering mobile services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. This position involves obtaining (“rolling”) legible fingerprints for background check processing using ink & roll as well as using LiveScan (electronic fingerprinting), general administrative duties, and taking passport photos. No experience is necessary-we provide you with all the necessary training. Attention to detail, customer service and people skills are a must.

Applicants must be able to pass a background check and credit check.

Highlights of Responsibilities: 

• Detail-oriented and able to assist applicants with completing processing forms.
• Verify identification
• Capturing electronic and ink & roll fingerprints, take passport photos, and ensure forms are complete for processing.
• Proof and check work for accuracy and completeness and maintain a 98% efficiency rating for all processed forms and a fingerprint rejection rate under 1%.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all applicants.
• Track processing time for each applicant.
• Safeguard all documents.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Requirements: 

• Successful completion of our training program.
• Complete a background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service and working with the public.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• If on mobile service team: clean driving record & reliable transportation

Preferred Experience: 

• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.
• Experience As a fingerprint/biometric technician obtaining legible fingerprints for background checks.

Hours of Operation: 9 am - 5 pm
