How to Download Your FBI Report via TRP Associates and ACT Biometrics

Step 1: Receipt Email

• Applicants will receive a receipt email from TRP Associates.
• Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.
• The email contains:
  • Your TCN number (e.g., FB062-11202394001)
  • Your FBI pickup password (e.g., K#>m*6z9p!<N+Wzd) — case sensitive

Step 2: Download Link Email

• A second email with a download link will be sent within 5 minutes to 5 days, depending on processing time.

Step 3: Access the Report

• Click the link in the second email.
• Enter your TCN number and FBI pickup password.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity

• Enter a valid phone number to receive a verification code.
• Make sure your phone is not on silent.
• Enter the verification code when prompted.

Step 5: Download the Report

• A blue download link will appear.
• Click to download, save, and print your report.
• Important: You cannot return to the site after exiting — download before closing the page.
