Partnership Opportunities

ACT Biometrics is looking for established businesses with well-maintained office space to partner with as part of its expansion plan. ACT Biometrics is a leader in background screening service. We provide many services, such as name check, fingerprint criminal records check, international and out-of-state fingerprint service, drug screening, and DNA testing. We offer three options to choose from if you decide to partner with us:

1. Negotiate a flat fee to utilize your office space or, 
2. Receive 10% on each transaction or, 
3. Operate your own background screening under ACT Biometrics’ name.

Options 1 and 2 require no investment from our partners, who simply need to share their office spaces with ACT Biometrics and start making money.

Option 3 requires an investment of at least $10,000 and 10% commission fee on each transaction. We will provide necessary equipment to start providing background screening service. 

Partner’s Obligations:

1. Contract with ACT Biometrics to authorize the company to operate in your facility. To be qualified, we require at least 100 sq. feet from your office space. The office must be easy to locate, preferably on the first floor, with adequate parking space. We will need a clean and safe place to operate. 
2. Sign a non-compete agreement that will remain in effect for 24 months after the contract ends.
3. Abide by ACT Biometrics policies, which include requirement for all fingerprint rollers to complete a level II background screening before they start working.  

ACT Biometrics’ Obligations:

1.  Abide by the contract signed.
2. Provide regular training and updates about background screening.
3. Provide adequate screening equipment and supplies 

Benefits of partnership opportunities:

1. Partners will not have to spend on marketing or building a website. All appointments take will be on ACT Biometrics’ website.
